Role Overview – Presales Intern

As a Presales Intern, you’ll support a Senior Solution Architect in designing and delivering customized IT solutions. You’ll gain valuable exposure to real-world client projects, help automate tasks using scripting languages, and learn how to communicate complex technical solutions clearly to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with designing IT solutions based on customer requirements.
• Provide technical support with solution documentation and configuration.
• Utilize Python or PowerShell for scripting and automation.
• Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
• Continuously learn about HPE technologies and solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A technical qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Knowledge or experience in scripting languages (e.g., Python or PowerShell).
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for IT, cloud solutions, and solution architecture.
• Ability to work full-time and be based in Johannesburg.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud, compute, or storage technologies.
• Basic understanding of automation or technical tool development.
