The Career Kickstart Program runs from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026. It is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Gauteng, South Africa. Participants will engage in a wide range of strategic, operational, and customer-focused initiatives. You’ll be immersed in market research, capability assessments, digital strategy, and more—all while working closely with Caterpillar’s experienced global team.

To qualify, you’ll need to hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (or a related field), have completed at least one internship (1 to 2 years of experience), and demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. You must also be fluent in English, comfortable with MS Office tools, and willing to travel regionally and globally. A valid passport through September 2026 is required.
