Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Program Graduate to join our Manufacturing & Engineering team in Port Elizabeth. This role supports the launch team in executing manufacturing and engineering activities in alignment with our global policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
  • Coordinate work package tasks and ensure completion.
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager and Plant Launch Team.
  • Manage the Run at Rate (R@R) process for new programs.
• Prototype Development:
  • Assess plant capabilities and ensure technical requirements are met.
  • Analyze and implement industrial tasks during prototype builds.
• Production System Development:
  • Design and validate production systems using lean methodologies.
  • Coordinate installation and launch of production equipment.
• Production Launch:
  • Oversee the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
  • Support production ramp-up and ensure on-time delivery.
• Reporting & Targets:
  • Track and report program progress (3PR level 2, PLR).
  • Ensure manufacturing milestones are met successfully.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B-Tech or National Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 70% final-year academic performance, with an average of 60% throughout studies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-driven, team-oriented, and adaptable to high-pressure environments.
• SA Citizenship is required.
• Must be available to commence work immediately if successful.
