Job Description:
The Payroll Data Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all payroll data is accurate, up-to-date, and reconciled in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate detailed payroll and salary reconciliation reports for management and audits. Ensure that all expense reports, credit applications, and related documentation are well-organized and stored for easy retrieval.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with HR, payroll, and finance departments to resolve data issues, collect missing information, and ensure smooth data flow across departments.
  • Data Integrity and Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive payroll data and ensure its confidentiality at all times. Handle all payroll-related information in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and accuracy of payroll data management, contributing to streamlined processes and better financial compliance.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience with Spreadsheets and Data Tools: Proficiency in using Excel or similar data management tools to capture, analyze, and report payroll data.
