About the Programme
Our Graduate Development Programme is a structured 24-month rotational journey that provides young engineers with valuable work experience, exposure to diverse projects, and professional growth. Participants will rotate across different operational units and locations—including our facilities in Kempton Park and Vanderbijlpark—to gain holistic insights into the gas and chemical manufacturing industry.

You will be involved in real-world projects from day one, working alongside experienced professionals, receiving mentorship, and participating in technical and soft skills training. This is your chance to gain meaningful exposure in a high-impact, innovation-driven environment.

Who Should Apply?

Minimum Requirements:

• South African citizenship
• A completed degree in Electrical or Information Engineering
• Minimum average academic performance of 55%
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team
• Eagerness to learn and contribute
• Not currently enrolled in any other learnership or graduate programme
