Internship Overview

The annual salary ranges between R84,110.86 and R89,273.52, offering a solid foundation for entry-level professionals. The closing date for applications is 25 April 2025, and only individuals who have not participated in any internship before are eligible.

Key Responsibilities

Interns will work under the supervision of experienced professionals and will be involved in:

  • Providing technical support to staff and clients.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software systems.
  • Monitoring systems and resolving technical issues.
  • Conducting data backups and ensuring system security.
  • Replacing hardware components and managing ICT inventory.
  • Connecting network peripherals and ensuring seamless integration.
  • Assisting with staff training on ICT systems and software.

This internship will expose candidates to real-world ICT challenges, giving them a deep understanding of the inner workings of IT infrastructure and customer support systems.

Requirements

To be considered, applicants must:

  • Hold a 3-year National Diploma in End-User Computing, Server-Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Have no prior work experience or internship exposure.
  • Be between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Possess basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Have a passion for learning, strong analytical thinking, and good customer service orientation.
  • Be capable of working well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
