Purpose of the Job

As an Associate Intern, you will play a meaningful role in supporting our business operations while developing your skills in a real-world environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with operational tasks, administrative functions, and project support in your assigned division.
• Conduct research, compile reports, and analyze data to assist in business decision-making.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative solutions to address business challenges.
• Actively participate in team meetings, workshops, and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and work under the guidance of a supervisor.
• Track your progress and learning milestones throughout the internship.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Cell C’s values in all your interactions.

Who Should Apply?
We are looking for ambitious South African citizens (or eligible as per company policy) who are completing or have recently completed a qualification in one of the following fields:

• IT & Cyber Security: BSc in Computer Science/IT, Cyber Security, Diplomas, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CEH.
• Forensic Investigation: BCom in Forensic Accounting, Law, Forensic Science, CFE certified.
• Networks: BEng in Electrical/Telecoms Engineering, CCNA, CCNP, Network-focused IT degrees.
• Procurement: BCom in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, CIPS qualification.
• Strategy & Business Transformation: Degrees in Economics, Strategic Management, Data Science, Innovation Management.
• Customer Value Management: BCom in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science certifications.
• Psychometry: HPCSA-registered Psychometrists with BPsych or Masters in Psychology.
• Finance: BCom in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, CA(SA) or CIMA streams.
• Risk, Compliance & Business Continuity: Degrees in Risk Management, Law, Compliance, Disaster Management.
• Marketing: BCom in Marketing, Digital Media, PR, Strategic Brand Management, Event Management.

Minimum Experience
Candidates should have at least 6 to 11 months of relevant experience (including internships, part-time work, or practical projects).
