About the Programme
Our internship programme is designed to provide third-year students with invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. As a Rainbow intern, you will be exposed to various departments across our operations, gaining national exposure and developing your technical and leadership skills. This initiative is more than just an internship – it’s a stepping stone to our prestigious Management Trainee Programme and other internal technical roles.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently completing or in possession of a Diploma, BTech or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
• South African citizen or permanent resident of South Africa
• Strong academic record with an average of at least 60% in major subjects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Willing to commit to a 12-month contract
