What to Expect:

As an Industrial Engineering Graduate, your time with us will be hands-on and focused on learning through doing. You will be involved in:

Supporting production and operational development initiatives.
Working on continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity and process efficiency.
Participating in project management from implementation to completion.
Developing critical soft skills such as facilitation, teamwork, time management, and communication.
Gaining exposure to real business processes, from raw material intake to the delivery of final products.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
Assist with tracking and analysing production data for optimisation opportunities.
Engage with cross-functional teams on operational development projects.
Prepare reports and presentations that communicate progress and performance metrics.
Participate in strategic initiatives within the department, providing fresh ideas and solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate
National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (note: industrial engineering applicants are also considered based on interest and skill fit)
Good understanding of production processes and workflows
Strong MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative abilities
