Your Mission

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our engineering projects through collaboration, coordination, and problem-solving. You will work closely with Project Managers, Design Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, and Contractors to ensure that projects meet high standards in quality, cost, and time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in and support engineering design and development
  • Contribute to tender documentation and compilation
  • Provide technical oversight on contractor site activities
  • Ensure technical quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Act as a technical liaison between clients, contractors, and Tractebel internal teams
  • Contribute to continuous business and process improvement
  • Align all activities with Tractebel’s safety, quality, and environmental standards

Minimum Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Civil Engineering (BTech qualifications may be considered)
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience (new graduates will also be considered)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel locally or internationally for short-term assignments
