Your Mission
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our engineering projects through collaboration, coordination, and problem-solving. You will work closely with Project Managers, Design Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, and Contractors to ensure that projects meet high standards in quality, cost, and time.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and support engineering design and development
- Contribute to tender documentation and compilation
- Provide technical oversight on contractor site activities
- Ensure technical quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as a technical liaison between clients, contractors, and Tractebel internal teams
- Contribute to continuous business and process improvement
- Align all activities with Tractebel’s safety, quality, and environmental standards
Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Civil Engineering (BTech qualifications may be considered)
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (new graduates will also be considered)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel locally or internationally for short-term assignments
