About the Programme:

This is a 12-month programme for HET graduates and an 18-month opportunity for TVET graduates. Successful candidates will be exposed to structured workplace learning, guided by professionals across various business units. The goal is to equip you with the knowledge and practical skills required to thrive in a retail business environment.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

We are looking for candidates with completed qualifications in the following fields:

• Business Management / Business Administration
• Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
• BCom Financial Management
• BSc / BCom Software Engineering
• IT Project Administration / Project Management
• IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology

Candidates from both TVET Colleges and HET institutions who need practical experience are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Take on additional tasks to support business objectives

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a South African citizen with a valid South African ID
• Must be unemployed
• Must be under the age of 32
• Must have a completed qualification from an accredited tertiary institution
• Must be available for the full duration of the programme
