The Inkomati-Usuthu Catchment Management Agency (IUCMA), in collaboration with the Energy and Water Sector Education Training Authority (EWSETA), is proud to announce its 2025 Graduate Development Internship Programme. This exciting 24-month initiative is aimed at empowering young, unemployed South African graduates with real-world experience aligned with water resource management and institutional support services.
We invite applications from passionate and dedicated graduates who are eager to gain meaningful experience and make a difference in environmental sustainability and water resource management.

✅ Minimum Requirements:
- South African citizen, aged 35 or younger
- Currently unemployed
- National Diploma or Degree with minimum 60% average in final year
- Must not have participated in any previous internship or graduate program
- Willing to be based in Mbombela, Mpumalanga
