This prestigious 24-month development programme is designed to nurture young talent and prepare future leaders for key roles within our dynamic organisation.

The programme combines practical experience, professional coaching, mentorship, and academic learning to build essential skills for a rewarding career with Tiger Brands.

We Are Looking For
We seek graduates who are eager to build a long-term career in FMCG and demonstrate high levels of drive, academic excellence, and leadership capabilities. This opportunity is open to those who have recently completed a bachelor’s or BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited South African institution.

Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizenship
  • BSc/BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering
  • Academic average of 65% or higher
  • Graduation from a recognised tertiary institution within the last year
  • No more than one year of full-time work experience in your field of study (workplace experience excluded)
  • High levels of ambition, resilience, and motivation
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Geographic mobility and willingness to relocate throughout South Africa during the programme
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Valid South African driver’s license
