This prestigious 24-month development programme is designed to nurture young talent and prepare future leaders for key roles within our dynamic organisation.

About the Programme
The Future Leaders Development Programme is a structured and enhanced learning experience for graduates who exhibit strong leadership potential, innovation, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the FMCG industry. The programme combines practical experience, professional coaching, mentorship, and academic learning to build essential skills for a rewarding career with Tiger Brands.

We Are Looking For
We seek graduates who are eager to build a long-term career in FMCG and demonstrate high levels of drive, academic excellence, and leadership capabilities. This opportunity is open to those who have recently completed a bachelor’s or BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited South African institution.

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizenship
• BSc/BEng or BTech in Mechanical Engineering
• Academic average of 65% or higher
• Graduation from a recognised tertiary institution within the last year
• No more than one year of full-time work experience in your field of study (workplace experience excluded)
• High levels of ambition, resilience, and motivation
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
• Geographic mobility and willingness to relocate throughout South Africa during the programme
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Valid South African driver’s license
