As part of our Group Services Department, you’ll be placed at one of our coal operations in eMalahleni, Mpumalanga, working alongside experienced engineers and technicians on real-time projects that align with your academic studies.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this programme, applicants must:
- Have a Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- Have completed S4 (National Diploma) in one of the listed disciplines
- Be in need of P1 & P2 practical training to complete their qualification
- Provide proof of residence (priority will be given to applicants from surrounding communities near Glencore Coal SA operations)
- Meet Glencore’s Employment Equity requirements
- Be willing to participate in selection assessments and interviews
