Programme Overview

This is a structured 12-month internship aimed at university students who have completed all theoretical components of their IT qualification. Key Responsibilities
As an IT Intern, you will be exposed to a range of responsibilities and tasks that contribute to the success of our IT department. Key duties include:
- Supporting the management and maintenance of network systems across the organisation
- Assisting with software distribution and updates
- Providing basic server infrastructure support
- Offering SAP application support across various departments
- Delivering day-to-day technical assistance and troubleshooting for internal teams
- Documenting support processes and contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects within defined timelines
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must have completed all theoretical modules of a degree in Information Technology or a closely related field
- Strong academic record and foundational knowledge in IT systems, networking, and software
- Must be available for a full-time 12-month internship based onsite in Wadeville, Germiston
- South African citizenship or permanent residency preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
