Your Role:

As a student intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals in the Strategy/Project Management team. You will contribute to a range of critical tasks and support ongoing strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency, team coordination, and process innovation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the steering department with day-to-day operational topics.
  • Supporting ad-hoc G45 and model-specific projects.
  • Assisting in control, joining, and planning-related tasks.
  • Coordinating daily team meetings and scheduling agendas.
  • Helping organize training programs for the team.
  • Supporting project management efforts, including admin, supplier evaluations, and tracking project timelines.

What You Bring:

To succeed in this role, you must be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready to contribute meaningfully to exciting real-world projects. You’ll need:

  • Basic knowledge of Body Shop and Paint Shop operations.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically.
  • Good understanding of IT and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A basic understanding of project management principles (advantageous but not essential).

Minimum Qualification:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
