Eskom invites young South African graduates to apply for its exciting Graduates in Training X26 Programme, based in the Northern Cape at Kimberley and Upington under the GEMMA Cluster. This programme aims to provide work-integrated learning opportunities to unemployed graduates, enabling them to gain valuable hands-on experience in their respective fields.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- Be a South African citizen
- Possess a completed National Diploma in one of the following disciplines:
• National Diploma in Surveying
• National Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
• National Diploma in Marketing
• National Diploma in Information Science
• National Diploma in Library and Information Studies
• National Diploma in Quality Management
• National Diploma in Business Administration
• National Diploma in Safety or Risk Management
• National Diploma in Information Technology
• National Diploma in Occupational Hygiene
• National Diploma in Security
• National Diploma in Business Management
• National Diploma in Human Resources or Social Science
• National Diploma in Quantity Survey
• National Diploma in Geomatics
• National Diploma in Geographic Information Systems

Key Responsibilities:
This is a training opportunity, and selected candidates will be exposed to structured learning in line with their respective qualifications. There are no direct job responsibilities at this stage, as the programme is aimed at skill development and practical training.
