PwC is seeking a visionary and technically experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Intelligent Hyper Automation (IHA) solutions as part of a large-scale digital transformation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the end-to-end technical vision, leveraging automation technologies, Azure cloud services, and emerging innovations such as AI and GenAI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and design of IHA solutions across RPA, conversational AI, decision automation, event-driven frameworks, and integration with GenAI models.
• Define reusable architecture patterns and scalable automation frameworks.
• Integrate Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, API Management, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI into enterprise solutions.
• Guide technical delivery from concept to implementation, including PoCs, solution blueprints, and roadmaps.
• Act as a design authority and provide governance across automation initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, intelligent agents, and automation platforms, and assess their value to business transformation.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, data, and security teams to ensure robust, compliant, and cost-effective solution delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• 8–12+ years in solution architecture or enterprise technology roles.
• Proven experience with Azure cloud architecture and automation tools.
• Proficiency in RPA platforms such as Power Automate or UiPath.
• Deep understanding of GenAI applications and models (e.g., GPT-4, Codex).
• Experience with event-driven architectures, microservices, and API-first design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance, data privacy, and security standards in regulated industries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Azure certifications such as AZ-305 (Architect Design) and AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with GenAI platforms like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or LangChain.
• Background in financial services or other complex enterprise environments.
