Are you an ambitious and passionate engineering graduate ready to launch your professional career? We are inviting applications for our 2025 Graduate Internship and Graduate In Training (GIT) Programme. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a technically advanced and collaborative environment.
Our internship programme is designed to offer high-potential graduates real-world experience in the field of automotive component development and testing. As an intern or graduate in training, you will play an integral role in our engineering projects, contributing meaningfully to research and development, testing, training, and validation work.
We are looking for candidates in the following fields:
- Automotive Component Testing
- Engineering Projects and Training
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and understand technical specifications and requirements
- Assist in testing procedures, validation processes, and fault investigations
- Develop and design fixtures, prototypes, and test benches
- Collect, record, and analyse technical data to identify patterns and trends
- Prepare technical reports and documentation based on your findings
- Work according to ISO17025 Quality Management System standards
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams
- Support and deliver training to youth trainees from universities, colleges, and industry
Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant engineering qualification in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Metallurgy
- Accepted qualifications include:
- BEng or BEngTech
- National Diploma in Engineering (NDip)
- Proficiency in relevant computer software, including MS Office and industry-specific applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated engineering aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Personal attributes: motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
