We are currently seeking dynamic and ambitious graduates to join our Engineering Trainee Programme, an 18-month structured training opportunity designed to equip you with the technical skills, business acumen, and leadership mindset needed to kick-start a successful career at SAB.

Purpose of the Programme
The Engineering Trainee Programme aims to develop and prepare engineering graduates for key roles within the business. Trainees will gain technical skills, practical experience, and exposure to the company’s culture, operations, and values. Upon successful completion of the programme, participants should be equipped to take on an area of responsibility within SAB.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain in-depth understanding of equipment, processes, and operations across different departments
• Participate in strategic and technical projects aligned with brewery priorities
• Apply VPO (Voyager Plant Optimization) principles to improve plant efficiency and performance
• Troubleshoot systemic and situational problems within operational environments
• Actively engage in team structures and take on leadership roles where applicable
• Communicate findings, solutions, and technical insights across all levels of the business

Minimum Qualifications and Fields of Study
Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications:

• BSc, BEng, or BTech in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Energy, or Mechatronics Engineering
• BSc in Chemical Engineering
• BSc or BTech in Biotechnology, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Biology
