Tsebo Solutions Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent and Resourcing Graduate In Training to join our team in Sandton. As a key member of the talent acquisition and resourcing function, the successful candidate will play an important role in delivering a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new hires. You will support the administrative and operational aspects of the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and engagement throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation, system setups, and communication with new hires
• Provide strong administrative support through data entry, file management, and record keeping
• Act as a liaison between new hires, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions into the business
• Monitor and track onboarding metrics such as new hire satisfaction and time-to-productivity
• Continuously identify and propose improvements to enhance the overall onboarding experience

Skills and Competencies Required

• Advanced computer literacy and experience working with applicant tracking systems
• Strong research skills and the ability to manage candidate databases effectively
• Ability to create and manage a recruitment pipeline
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Relationship-building skills with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Innovative thinking and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
• Understanding of recruitment best practices across various job levels

Qualifications

• A completed Matric
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or Organizational Psychology will be advantageous
• A proven ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain performance consistency
