Sondlo & Knopp Advertising (SKA), in collaboration with the Department of Higher Education and Training and MICTSETA, is inviting applications from unemployed South African graduates for its 2025 / 2026 Graduate Internship Programme. This opportunity is based at the company’s East London office in the Eastern Cape and aims to provide practical workplace experience to recent graduates in various fields.

The internship programme is designed to help graduates gain valuable skills, enhance their employability, and contribute meaningfully to the organisation’s objectives. Successful candidates will be placed in different departments according to their qualifications, where they will receive mentorship, training, and hands-on exposure to real-world projects.

The available internship streams and required qualifications are as follows:

1. Graphic & Web Design – Applicants must hold a qualification in Graphic & Web Design or Multimedia. This role involves assisting with creative design work, website content updates, and other digital media projects.
2. Sales & Marketing – Candidates with a qualification in Marketing or Sales Management will contribute to developing marketing strategies, engaging clients, and supporting sales campaigns.
3. Public Relations – Graduates with a qualification in Public Relations or Media will assist in managing communication channels, preparing press releases, and coordinating promotional events.
4. IT Technician – Applicants should have a relevant diploma or equivalent qualification. Responsibilities will include technical support, troubleshooting, and assisting with the maintenance of IT systems.

Minimum application requirements include a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV), a certified copy of the applicant’s South African ID (not older than three months), a certified copy of the Matric certificate (not older than three months), certified proof of qualifications (not older than three months), and a one-page motivation letter outlining why the applicant is a suitable candidate for the chosen programme.
