About the Program

Available Positions

We’re seeking 18 exceptional candidates across three engineering disciplines:

  • Industrial Engineering WIL (6 positions)
  • Electrical Engineering WIL (6 positions)
  • Mechanical Engineering WIL (6 positions)

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development:

  • Follow and complete an approved university-aligned training program
  • Participate in Ford Motor Company’s prescribed training schedule
  • Rotate through different shifts to maximize learning opportunities
  • Develop competence and qualifications as outlined in the comprehensive program

Professional Growth:

  • Work under supervision while developing attention to detail
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to real engineering challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovative projects
  • Build resilience and results-driven mindset

What We’re Looking For

Academic Excellence:

  • Full academic record with all S1-S5 modules completed
  • Minimum 65% pass rate across all completed modules
  • Recent graduate in Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
