We are seeking two enthusiastic Industrial Engineering In-service Trainees to join our dynamic team at NBL Rosslyn Snacks Factory. This exceptional opportunity offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you’ll work directly with our Site Industrial Engineer and contribute to driving efficiency and innovation across our operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization: Improve and refine manufacturing methods to enhance operational effectiveness

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor of Sciences, Engineering, or Technology degree with Industrial Engineering specialization
• Minimum 70% average in final year studies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
• Flexibility for travel between factories, overtime, and shift work
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Enthusiasm for hands-on factory work with minimal office-based tasks
• Proficiency in report preparation and professional presentations

Advantageous Qualifications:

• Previous vacation or part-time work experience
• Understanding of Industrial Engineering principles
