Role Purpose

We are seeking a motivated IT Administrator Officer Learner to join our Operations team in an exciting entry-level administrative support role within our IT department. Key Responsibilities

As an IT Administrator Officer Learner, you will be responsible for:

  • Administrative Excellence: Managing IT department schedules, meetings, and appointments while handling IT-related correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Asset Management: Maintaining comprehensive IT asset inventories including hardware and software licenses, and tracking procurement processes
  • User Support: Providing basic technical support for common IT issues such as security group management, password resets, and printer troubleshooting
  • Documentation & Organization: Organizing and maintaining IT documentation and filing systems to ensure information accessibility
  • Training Coordination: Coordinating IT training sessions and workshops for team members
  • Access Management: Managing basic access permissions for IT facilities and systems
  • Financial Oversight: Participating in expense tracking and vendor relationship management

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
