Key Responsibilities

As a Technician Engineering Generic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing Eskom’s technical capabilities:

• Provide Technical Services: Deliver high-quality technical support across various engineering projects and operational requirements
• Professional Design Contribution: Participate in creating innovative and efficient engineering designs that meet industry standards and organizational objectives
• Asset Base Integrity: Contribute to maintaining and improving the integrity of Eskom’s extensive asset portfolio through technical expertise and proactive maintenance strategies
• Standardized Output Delivery: Ensure all work outputs meet established standards and quality benchmarks
• Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice and consultation on discipline-related issues, supporting decision-making processes across the organization

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• National Diploma or National N Diploma in Engineering (NQF Level 6 with 240 credits)

Required Experience:

• Minimum P1-P2 practical training experience in relevant engineering disciplines
