What You’ll Do
As a Graduate Software Developer, you’ll join one of our Cape Town-based development teams, working full-time to create and maintain software that solves complex business problems for Allan Gray and its clients. You’ll work directly on Allan Gray’s tech stack within an Agile environment, learning industry best practices that will ensure your career is built on the strongest possible foundation.
Your role will involve writing high-quality software through development techniques including compassionate coding and testing. You’ll collaborate with experienced developers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to projects that make a real impact on our business operations.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree with a major in Computer Science preferred
- Degrees in STEM fields (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering) with substantial Computer Science coursework will also be considered
- Must be willing to live and work in Cape Town
- Currently residing in South Africa
- Must be available to work full-time in 2026
