What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the data analytics team, supporting critical business functions through:

Data Management & Preparation: You’ll begin your journey by learning the fundamentals of data handling—gathering information from various sources, cleaning datasets to ensure quality, and preparing data for comprehensive analysis. These foundational skills are essential for any data professional and will serve you throughout your career.

Reporting & Visualization: Using industry-leading tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, QlikView, and Power BI, you’ll create compelling reports and interactive dashboards that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll learn to present information in ways that stakeholders can easily understand and use for strategic decision-making.

Quality Assurance & Documentation: Attention to detail is paramount in data analytics. You’ll be responsible for validating data accuracy, maintaining thorough documentation, and ensuring that all analytical work meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Insight Generation: Working closely with senior analysts, you’ll help identify trends, patterns, and opportunities hidden within the data. You’ll learn to ask the right questions and apply analytical thinking to solve real business challenges.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Data doesn’t exist in isolation. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization, providing data support for ongoing projects and learning how different departments leverage analytics to achieve their objectives.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with solid understanding of formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or QlikView

Key Competencies:

• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex findings simply
• Genuine passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges

Advantageous:
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms will be considered a valuable asset.
