Our Graduate Engineer Programme

We offer an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to join a project delivery team on leading projects. This programme is designed to develop theoretical knowledge into practical prowess through real-world project experience. You’ll work under the guidance of experienced engineers with a view to progressing to professional registration, gaining exposure to various disciplines including ECSA, SACP-IAP, and more. Our focus is on developing infrastructure and uplifting the lives of communities across the regions we serve.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications Required:

• B Eng / B Sc in Civil Engineering
• B Tech (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering
• B Sc in Construction Management

Personal Characteristics:

• Proactive initiative, self-driven, and taking ownership
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within a collaborative team environment
• Self-motivated with strong desire for growth and learning
• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct, maintaining flexibility
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Resilient work ethic, demonstrating mental and physical robustness
• Endurance with personal determination to overcome challenges

Qualifying Criteria

• Recently completed or in final year of civil engineering degree, to start in January 2026
• South African citizen
• Strong digital literacy and proficiency
• Valid driver’s license
• Commitment to a career path in road and transport construction
• Candidates from rural areas of the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu Natal are particularly invited to apply
• ECSA candidate registration is advantageous
