The Opportunity

As a Systems Analyst Intern, you’ll join our dynamic Technology team and bridge the critical gap between business needs and technical solutions. This isn’t just about observing—you’ll be actively contributing to real projects, working alongside experienced IT professionals who are invested in your growth. You’ll gain practical experience in business analysis, system design, testing, and documentation while developing the skills that employers value most.

What You’ll Do

Your internship will immerse you in meaningful work that includes:

• Analysing Business Requirements: Work directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and document requirements clearly
• Supporting System Design: Contribute to creating technical solutions that align with business objectives
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in functional testing and user acceptance testing to ensure systems work flawlessly
• Creating Documentation: Develop process flows, system documentation, and user manuals that become valuable resources
• Collaborating Across Teams: Engage with developers, testers, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Possesses a BSc in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering
• Has a genuine curiosity for how technology solves business problems
• Demonstrates strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Pays attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind
• Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Works well in teams but can also take initiative independently
• Manages time efficiently and stays organized under deadlines

Bonus Skills (not required, but advantageous):

• Knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with system design principles
• Understanding of UML diagrams
