Mechanical Engineering Graduate Programme

This programme provides immersive exposure to core mining and process engineering operations across multiple disciplines:

Programme Exposure Areas:

  • Flotation plant inspection and maintenance
  • Milling inspection and mill relining
  • Slurry pump maintenance and refurbishment
  • Steel fabrication and rubber lining
  • HDPE pipe fabrication and installation
  • Plant design, construction, and optimization

What We’re Looking For:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree or diploma
  • Interest in process plant operations and maintenance

Metallurgical & Chemical Engineering Graduate Programme

This structured programme focuses on process optimization and mineral beneficiation through practical application:

  • Spiral plant operation and performance evaluation
  • Flotation plant optimization and reagent control
  • DMS (Dense Medium Separation) efficiency improvement
  • Milling and classification circuit performance
  • Sampling, data analysis, and metallurgical reporting
  • Process troubleshooting and plant audits
