Development Tracks Available
Engineer in Training Programme (24 Months)
Designed for graduates holding a B.Eng or B.Sc Engineering qualification, this programme provides comprehensive exposure to engineering practices, project management, and technical innovation within our operations.

Open to graduates with B.Com, B.A, or other relevant degrees, this track offers rotational experience across business units, developing well-rounded professionals equipped for leadership roles.
Diplomat in Training Programme (12 Months)

What We’re Looking For
We seek candidates who demonstrate both academic excellence and the potential for professional growth. The ideal candidate will possess:
- South African citizenship
- Minimum age of 18 years
- An average of 60% or higher for their completed qualification
- A fully completed qualification in a relevant field
- No outstanding tuition fees
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
