The Opportunity
Join our Client Support Services team and gain hands-on experience in post-sales client engagement, working alongside locally deployed experts who support Visa’s issuers, acquirers, processors, and merchants worldwide. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop professional skills while contributing to real business outcomes in the dynamic payments industry.
What You’ll Do
As a Client Services Intern, you’ll be involved in meaningful work that directly impacts client satisfaction and operational excellence:
- Client Support: Respond to operational service inquiries from Visa client institutions, providing expert guidance on VisaNet Core Application Services, transaction research, billing, and system queries
- Problem Resolution: Analyze technical and operational issues through comprehensive transaction and process research
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records through timely data entry and service request logging in CRM tools and knowledge base applications
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across Client Support Services and other departments to deliver exceptional client solutions
- Process Improvement: Identify and develop procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Strategic Insights: Analyze customer data to identify trends and participate in Quarterly Business Review meetings
- Accountability: Take ownership of deliverables and commitments to clients
Who We’re Looking For
Academic Background:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or IT
- Graduating in December 2026 or 2027
- Available for full-time employment starting January 2027
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong analytical and financial analysis capabilities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Superior communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
- Self-confident and hands-on approach
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- Exposure to financial services or payments industry (not required)
- Passion for delivering best-in-class client service
