We’re expanding our IT team and looking for a motivated Business Systems & Integration Analyst to help drive our digital transformation journey!
The Opportunity
This is more than just an entry-level IT position – it’s a structured pathway to becoming a senior systems professional. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our business operations through system documentation, data analysis, automation, and integrations while gaining hands-on experience across our entire technology ecosystem.
As our Business Systems & Integration Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring our systems work seamlessly to support our mission of creating memorable experiences for our customers.
What You’ll Do
Systems Documentation & Process Mapping
Maintain comprehensive documentation of our IT infrastructure using ITGlue and SharePoint, ensuring our systems and processes are clearly mapped and accessible.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Create insightful dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense and Power BI, transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Automation & Application Development
Build efficient workflows and custom applications using PowerApps and PowerAutomate, streamlining business processes and enhancing productivity throughout the company.
Integration Support
Work with enterprise systems including our ERP (Retail Directions), POS systems, e-commerce platform (Magento), payment services, APIs, and databases to ensure seamless data flow and system connectivity.
Project Implementation
Support system rollouts, conduct testing, deliver training, and manage change initiatives to ensure successful technology adoption across our stores and offices.
Career Growth
Develop your expertise progressively toward senior responsibilities in solution design, advanced reporting, and enterprise-level systems integration.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in IT, development, or business systems (internships welcome!)
- Strong analytical mindset with exposure to SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Genuine interest in automation, integrations, and enterprise technology solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or BI tools is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to travel regularly within South Africa and neighboring countries for store implementations and training
Role Requirements
This position includes scheduled standby support (evenings/weekends), two mandatory onsite Saturdays per month (8am–2pm), and regular travel to stores and offices for project support. These are standard role requirements.
