Are you a young South African eager to gain valuable workplace experience and kickstart your career in Human Resources? FEM invites applications for its Youth Employment Service (YES) Internship Programme, designed to empower unemployed youth and contribute to building an inclusive economy.

FEM is proud to support the YES Programme—a collaborative initiative between business and government aimed at tackling youth unemployment across South Africa. Through this 12-month internship, selected candidates will gain hands-on experience within FEM’s Human Resources department, developing practical skills and enhancing their employability in the financial services sector.

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a South African citizen
  • Possess a valid South African ID document
  • Hold a valid matric certificate
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years
  • Belong to a designated group as defined by Employment Equity legislation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field will be advantageous
