About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on real-world engineering projects from day one. You’ll be involved in the complete project lifecycle—from initial design and development through to on-site installation, commissioning, and after-sales support. Working alongside experienced senior engineers, you’ll gain hands-on experience with industrial automation systems, motor drives, control panels, and integrated mechanical and electrical solutions.

Your contributions will directly impact project success as you help design systems, prepare technical documentation, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and quality.

What You’ll Do

As a Junior Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the design and development of mechanical and electrical systems, including creating technical drawings, schematics, and bills of materials
• Assisting with procurement activities and coordinating with vendors for component sourcing
• Participating in on-site installation, commissioning, and equipment handover activities
• Conducting mechanical and electrical testing, performing quality inspections, and preparing comprehensive technical reports
• Collaborating with cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Supporting maintenance and troubleshooting activities for existing installations
• Contributing fresh ideas to improve design efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline
• 0–2 years of relevant engineering experience (internships and industrial placements count!)
• Basic proficiency with CAD software (2D/3D) and Microsoft Office
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering fundamentals
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Valid Code B driver’s licence (preferred)

Bonus Points For:

• Exposure to industrial automation (PLCs, drives, conveyor systems)
• Experience with site installation, commissioning, or service work
• Knowledge of electrical power systems and mechanical fabrication
• Understanding of industry standards and safety regulations
• Familiarity with project costing and BOM development
