The Opportunity

This is not your typical coffee-run internship. We’re offering 12 months of genuine engineering experience where you’ll work alongside senior engineers, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop skills that will define your career. Our internship programme provides exposure across multiple engineering disciplines, ensuring you gain a holistic understanding of how innovative products move from concept to customer.

What You’ll Experience

Research & Development: Assist senior engineers with prototype development, testing protocols, and optimisation processes. You’ll be involved in solving real engineering challenges that directly impact product performance.

Manufacturing Excellence: Gain comprehensive insight into production flow, quality control systems, calibration procedures, and assembly operations. Understand how precision instrumentation is manufactured to exacting standards.

Project Implementation: Support the installation, commissioning, and field application of our products. Experience firsthand how our solutions perform in demanding industrial environments.

Sales Engineering: Develop technical acumen by contributing to product specifications, customer applications, technical documentation, and data sheet preparation. Learn how engineering excellence translates into customer value.

Who We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Completed BEng/BSc/BTech/National Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering
• Solid academic performance demonstrating commitment to excellence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine passion for instrumentation, manufacturing, or product development
• Practical mindset and workshop aptitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Inventor)
• Programming or embedded systems experience
• Final-year project or design experience
• Hands-on technical or workshop experience

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will complete a comprehensive assessment process including technical aptitude testing, problem-solving exercises, a written communication task, and formal interviews.
