Programme Details
Role: Graduate Trainee Programme – 2026 (Datacentrix Learning Academy)
Locations: Midrand, Cape Town, and Durban
Duration: 12 months
Closing Date: Friday, 9 January 2026
Qualifications Required
We’re looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in IT/BTech Degree/Diploma/National Diploma in the following fields:
- Information and Communication Technology
- Information/Electronics Engineering
- Information Systems/Informatics
- Information Technology
- Network and Security
- Computer Sciences
Additional Certifications (Advantage)
While not mandatory, the following certifications will strengthen your application:
- Development Operations/DevOps Certification
- Proficiency in JAVA, JavaScript, and HTML
- Other Technical/IT Certifications
Experience and Age Requirements
- No work experience is required
- Applicants must NOT have previously participated in any graduate, internship, or learnership programme
- Must be between 20-35 years old
Key Competencies
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication in English (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail with motivation to produce high-quality work
- Computer Literacy (MS Office – Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Certified copy of Grade 12 certificate
- Certified copies of University Degree/Diploma Certificates
- Statement of academic results/transcripts
