The Programme
Our 12-month structured Graduate Programme offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects that contribute to positive change. You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience while applying your academic knowledge to real operational business solutions. Work alongside highly skilled mentors and technical experts who are committed to your professional development.
What We’re Looking For
We seek proactive self-starters with a strong willingness to learn, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to change. Ideal candidates must be honest, reliable, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
Available Positions:
- Graduate Project Manager – Degree in Construction & Project Management
- Graduate Project Engineer (Civil) – Diploma/BTech in Civil Engineering
- Graduate Project Engineer (Civil) – Diploma/BTech/BSc Civil Engineering
- Graduate Quantity Surveyor – BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Diploma/BTech in Quantity Surveying/Built Environment (Head Office – Gauteng)
- Graduate ICT – Diploma or Advanced Diploma/B Degree in ICT, Computer Science or related field (Head Office – Gauteng)
Requirements:
- Minimum average results: 70-80%
- Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil experience required
- Previous exposure in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil construction environments will be an added advantage
- Duration of Contract: 12 months
- Location: Site-based across South Africa, Johannesburg and Cape Town areas
