About the Programme

The SAB DynamX Finance Management Trainee Programme is a comprehensive 36-month structured training initiative designed specifically for Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting graduates pursuing their Chartered Accountant qualification. This is more than a job—it’s a launchpad for your career in finance, offering unparalleled exposure to the complexities of a multi-billion rand business that supports over 250,000 jobs across South Africa’s beer economy.

As a DynamX SAICA Trainee Accountant, you’ll rotate through various departments within our finance function, gaining hands-on experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, and more. You’ll work alongside experienced Chartered Accountants who will mentor you through every stage of your journey, ensuring you meet SAICA Training Regulations while developing the practical skills that set exceptional finance professionals apart.

What You’ll Experience

Your journey with us includes structured rotations across critical finance departments including Accounts to Report Management, Risk Management, Tax Management, Cash Management, Treasury Management, and Financial Control Management. Each rotation is carefully designed to build your technical competence while exposing you to strategic decision-making at the highest levels of our organization.

You’ll receive continuous professional development support, mentorship from senior finance leaders, and the resources you need to successfully complete your CA (SA) qualification. Beyond technical training, you’ll be immersed in the culture of a company that dreams big and creates a future with more cheers for all South Africans.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You should be proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, and possess the integrity and professionalism that define our organization.

Most importantly, we’re looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, commitment to continuous learning, and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. No prior work experience is necessary—just the drive to excel and the qualification to match.

  • Final year or completed Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from a SAICA endorsed and recognized academic programme
