About the Role

As a Technician in Training, you’ll embark on a comprehensive 24-month development programme designed to transform theoretical knowledge into practical expertise. This structured training pathway consists of Experiential Training P1 and P2, with successful completion of P1 automatically qualifying you for P2 training. You’ll receive hands-on experience while working alongside seasoned professionals who are committed to your growth and development.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering who demonstrate strong technical aptitude and a genuine passion for the field. No prior work experience is required – we’re looking for raw talent and the right attitude.

• Strong problem-solving skills combined with creativity
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and teamwork capability
• Good verbal and written communication skills
