About the Opportunity
This internship is designed for students who are currently studying towards an IT qualification and require in-service training as part of their academic requirements. You’ll be immersed in the day-to-day operations of our IT department, working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to your growth and development.
What You’ll Do
As an IT Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of IT operations. Your responsibilities will include providing first and second-level support to end users, assisting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting the maintenance of our networks and systems. You’ll learn to respond to IT helpdesk queries efficiently, suggest innovative solutions for upgrades and integrations, and ensure minimal downtime while maximizing customer satisfaction.
This role offers exposure to both desktop and server environments, giving you a comprehensive understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure. You’ll also develop crucial skills in meeting deadlines, managing administrative processes, and understanding what exceptional service delivery truly means in a corporate setting.
