Role Purpose:
This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience within our mechanical department. Under mentorship, you will assist in carrying out mechanical engineering work while adhering to safe and efficient practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and evaluate the performance of mechanical components, devices, and engines.
• Assist in maintaining, modifying, and improving equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) and modeling software to support engineering projects.
• Assist senior engineers in product design, testing, and development.
• Support any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Degree, diploma, or BTech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification.

THE ROLE

This internship offers hands-on experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment. Under expert mentorship, you’ll assist our electrical department while learning safe work practices and gaining invaluable industry experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a comprehensive logbook documenting your learning journey
• Identify, label, and understand various electrical components and their applications
• Perform testing and troubleshooting on electrical systems
• Learn medium voltage switchgear operations, including transformers, tripping mechanisms, and safety relays
• Collaborate with skilled artisans to understand the full scope of electrical department operations
• Apply theoretical knowledge to practical, real-world scenarios

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 certificate
• Degree/Diploma/BTech in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualification
• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
