This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, develop essential skills, and earn a nationally recognized qualification while receiving a monthly stipend.

Who Should Apply:
We are looking for motivated young South Africans who:
- Are aged between 18 and 25 years (inclusive of those turning 25 in 2025).
- Have passed Matric with at least 50% in English (Mathematics is advantageous). Current Matric learners can submit preliminary results.
- Are fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Are computer literate and eager to learn.
- Are currently unemployed with no prior work experience or post-Matric qualifications.
- Are not registered for any other learnership or studying elsewhere.
- Have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Short-Term Insurance.
- Possess a clear criminal and credit record.
