About the Opportunity

Join a leading mineral processing company as a Graduate/Junior Process Engineer in Steelpoort, Limpopo. Our client delivers comprehensive solutions across process operations, engineering, project management, and commissioning. Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you’ll provide technical support to operational sites, troubleshooting process challenges and implementing improvements to optimize plant performance. You’ll drive data collection and analysis initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality, while participating in project planning, coordination, and execution as an integral member of the project management team. Additionally, you’ll manage the in-house laboratory, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective pilot-scale test work.

What We’re Looking For

We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering (completed), with 0-2 years of relevant working experience. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities with a talent for collaborative teamwork.

Essential requirements include being based in Steelpoort, Limpopo, with your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license. Full bilinguency in English and Afrikaans is required, along with a valid South African ID and willingness to travel for work.
