About the Role
As an IT Graduate, you’ll work alongside experienced IT professionals and report directly to the AMEP Project Manager. You’ll provide essential technical support, assist with system administration, and contribute to improving our digital infrastructure. This role offers comprehensive exposure to IT support, cybersecurity, data management, and systems administration—giving you the foundation for a successful technology career.
What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will span diverse areas including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring laptops and mobile devices, managing user accounts and access controls, and supporting system maintenance activities. You’ll assist with data extraction and reporting, conduct quality checks on data inputs, and help implement cybersecurity best practices across the organization. Additionally, you’ll contribute to IT projects, create user documentation, and provide training support to staff members.
What We’re Looking For
We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. While prior internship experience is advantageous, we welcome applications from passionate recent graduates eager to learn. You should have basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), fundamental networking concepts, and familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
