As a Junior Software Developer, you’ll work with cutting-edge .NET technology to design, develop, and optimize software applications that power our critical internal systems. Key Responsibilities

Design & Development: Participate in creating robust software applications using .NET frameworks. You’ll contribute to system analysis, architectural design, and write clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure your solutions meet quality standards and functional requirements. You’ll work closely with testers, providing clear documentation to facilitate comprehensive testing.

Maintenance & Support: Help maintain and enhance existing applications by debugging issues, implementing fixes, and optimizing system performance to ensure seamless operations.

Collaboration & Growth: Engage actively in development meetings, requirements discussions, and code reviews. You’ll have access to mentorship opportunities and resources to continuously sharpen your technical skills.

Documentation: Create and maintain accurate technical documentation that supports knowledge sharing and system understanding across the team.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology Systems, or Electrical Engineering (Matric or equivalent required).

Technical Skills: Strong aptitude for .NET development with exceptional problem-solving abilities. You should demonstrate a passion for learning new technologies and improving your craft.

Soft Skills: Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills. You’ll need to articulate technical concepts clearly and work effectively within a team environment.

Attitude: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take on challenges. The ability to identify gaps in requirements and proactively seek clarification is essential.
