The Opportunity

This 18-month learnership programme offers hands-on training and practical experience in various engineering disciplines within a dynamic mining environment. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gain nationally recognized qualifications, and build a solid foundation for a successful engineering career.

Available Disciplines:

• Electrician (2 positions)
• Boilermaker (2 positions)
• Mechanical Fitter (2 positions)
• Diesel Mechanic (3 positions)
• Measurement Control & Instrumentation (2 positions)
• Auto Electrical (2 positions)
• Millwright (2 positions)

Who Should Apply?

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics, Physical Science, and English (minimum 40% each)
• OR N2 or higher certificate with relevant trade-specific subjects
• OR NCV Level 4 in the appropriate trade (minimum 40% pass)
