Metallurgical Engineering Graduate Positions (x2)

Our Metallurgical EIT program offers successful candidates structured, practical exposure to manufacturing and process environments. You’ll build foundational technical and professional skills while supporting quality, safety, and continuous improvement objectives within our state-of-the-art facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain practical exposure to manufacturing, process, and quality environments
- Support day-to-day metallurgical and operational activities
- Participate in learning, development, and improvement initiatives
- Assist with basic technical tasks, analysis, and documentation
- Comply with safety, quality, and company standards
Your Profile:
- Grade 12/Matric with BEng/BSc/BTech in Metallurgical Engineering
- WITS and University of Johannesburg qualifications advantageous
- Interest in manufacturing metallurgy
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate with analytical mindset and attention to detail
Mechanical Engineering Graduate Positions (x4)

Our Mechanical EIT program provides hands-on exposure to production, maintenance, and reliability engineering within a world-class steel wire rope manufacturing environment. You’ll benefit from structured mentorship and real engineering responsibility, developing skills that will define your career trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain practical exposure to engineering, production, and maintenance environments
- Support day-to-day engineering and operational activities
- Participate in learning, development, and improvement initiatives
- Assist with basic engineering tasks, analysis, and documentation
- Comply with safety, quality, and company standards
Your Profile:
- Grade 12/Matric with BEng/BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering
- WITS and University of Johannesburg qualifications advantageous
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Willingness to work in a heavy industrial environment
