The Opportunity

Our Production Learnership Program offers you the chance to develop practical manufacturing skills while earning a qualification. Based at our Brits plant, you’ll work directly under the guidance of our experienced Production Foreman, learning the specialized craft of tire assembly from the ground up.

What You’ll Learn

Throughout this comprehensive program, you’ll gain valuable experience in:

• Operating and maintaining sophisticated building machinery
• Implementing safety protocols and quality standards
• Mastering 3S workplace organization principles
• Working effectively in high-performance teams
• Meeting production targets while maintaining quality excellence
• Conducting equipment risk assessments
• Managing component supply chains within the production environment

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who have completed Grade 12 or hold an N3 Certificate, with Mathematics (Pure Maths) and/or Physical Science. If you’re safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.
